Senador Risa Hontiveros nasagmuyo human wala matubag ni Atty. Michael Poa ang iyang mga pangutana atol sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte, ilabina kon ang mga lakang niini sa mga pondo sa pagkakompidensyal ug intelligence sa Office of the Vice President (OVP) ug Department of Education (DepEd) nahisubay ba sa balaod.
Gipangutanan ni Hontiveros si Atty. Poa isip usa ka tawo ug isip usa ka abogado kon ang tanan bang gihimo nasunod ba. Hinuon, mibalibad si Atty. Poa ug mipahayag nga dili siya mohatag og opinyon aron malikayan ang pagka-bias, sangkatungod nga usa siya sa mga defense lawyer sa Bise Presidente.
Matud pa ni Atty. Poa: "Your honor, I cannot answer that question, but I would love to answer that question of course. Pero aside from it being attorney-client privilege, obviously whatever I say will be biased. So I want to be objective and not answer that question. I hope you understand, your honor, with all due respect."
Wala nay nahimo si Senator-Judge Risa Hontiveros gawas sa pagpadayag sa iyang kadismaya. Hinuon, gipasabot ni Atty. Poa nga mas gusto niyang ang mga ebidensya maoy motubag imbes nga maghatag siya og personal nga pamahayag isip usa sa mga abogado sa Bise Presidente. Niuyon usab si Presiding Judge Senator Chiz Escudero sa tubag ug rason ni Atty. Poa.
