CEBU CITY — The Special Rescue Squad of the Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CCDRRMO) conducted a rescue demonstration and learning session for fourth-year engineering students from La Salle University in Misamis Oriental on October 16, 2026, at the Cebu City Hall grounds.
