Humay-Humay Road Subject to Closure from 4 AM to Midnight During Undas

The Lapu-Lapu City Government, through the City Traffic Management System (CTMS), has issued a traffic advisory in preparation for Undas 2026.

The advisory outlines the designated parking areas, road closures, and traffic management plans for those visiting the city's cemeteries, particularly Humay-Humay Cemetery and the Municipal Cemetery in Sitio Tugas, Barangay Gun-ob, from November 1 to 2, 2026.

Visitors to Humay-Humay Cemetery are advised to park their vehicles along Lt. Gen. Eleno Amores Sr. Road (Hoops Dome) and Maximo V. Patalinghug Avenue, where only one-side parking will be permitted. Humay-Humay Road and its surrounding areas will be subject to road closures from 4:00 AM to 12:00 midnight on both November 1 and 2, 2026.

Designated loading and unloading zones, 10 meters from the corner, have been set up at the following locations:

Lt. Gen. Eleno Amores Sr. Road (Hoops Dome), corner of Humay-Humay Road

Maximo V. Patalinghug Avenue, corner of Humay-Humay Road

Moderate traffic is also expected around Haven of Peace Memorial Garden (Mactan), though no road closures are planned. Traffic enforcers will be stationed to manage the flow of vehicles.
