Initial LTO Processing Now Available at Night in Cebu City's 24/7 Hub
CEBU CITY — Initial Land Transportation Office (LTO) processing is now available at night in Cebu City. Beginning 9 p.m. tonight, September 24, LTO personnel will be at the Mayor of the Night's 24/7 Government Services Hub at Cebu Exchange Tower.
They will be there from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., seven days a week, to assist clients with the initial processing of driver's license renewals and vehicle registration applications.

The Cebu City Government says the initiative is meant to provide greater convenience, particularly for night-shift workers and Cebu City residents who have limited time during regular government office hours.
How it works
Clients should go to the Cebu City One Stop Shop on the 2nd floor of Cebu Exchange Tower along Salinas Drive, Lahug, bringing all the necessary requirements. LTO personnel will assist with the application process and filling out the required forms.
After completing the initial process, clients will be issued a priority slip. They can present it at the LTO Cebu City Office at Robinsons Galleria Cebu, which allows them to proceed directly to the succeeding LTO processing without having to spend the entire day waiting in line.
What's not yet available
Not all LTO services can be done at the hub yet. The infrastructure and authorization for on-site biometrics, including fingerprint capture, are still being processed. Full LTO processing at Cebu Exchange Tower is being worked on in coordination with the national agency.
